What is the process of creating a new form for submitting a digital file of a Ph.D. Thesis to National Archive of Ph.D. Theses?

Α) The competent and authorised personnel enters the system with a specific password and fill in the following fields, which relate to each newly approved Ph.D. Τhesis:

Doctorate holder's Name/Surname/Father's name
(in both Greek and English characters)

E – mail & Telephone Number

Year of birth & gender

Title & language of Thesis

Year/Month of Ph.D. thesis’ commencement &
Year/ Month of Ph.D. thesis’ presentation

Members of examining board

Awarding institution

Country of institution

 

Number & Year of the identification

 

Doctorate holder’s declaration

(completed according to the University’s Policy)

 

B) The competent and authorised personnel select «Send to Doctorate Holder» whereupon a new account for a user/ doctorate holder is automatically created and an e-mail is sent to him with his password (in case of a doctor does not receive the notification, he must contact the competent person of the Secretariat/ Hellenic N.A.R.I.C), in order to enter the system and start the processing.
